I'd love to take credit for this idea, but Tinkerbell came up with it first. Thank ya, Tink, wherever you are.

Each rainbow star is a safe day. Each dash is a relapse. A blank day means I haven't updated yet. Every now and then there'll be a gold star for something extra special. And, so you (and I) dont really have to count all of these stars, the last star of each month and the last star before a relapse will be numbered. Just hold the mouse pointer over these to see what the stars mean or how many days they represent.
