I'm 30 years old and recently had a self injury relapse after three years of remission. Overall, things are going really well for me, so I don't really understand the relapse, but I'm trying not to dwell on it too much. After all, one relapse in 3 years isn't that terrible (is it?).

This is my mental health website. Some of it is personal experiences, opinions, and rantings. Some of it is factual information, research and formal knowledge. Some of it is a combination of both. Hopefully some of it will help somebody in some way.

I'm totally open to suggestions and contructive criticism. Please email me if you have either.
